G is for (Harold) Godwinson#

G is for (Harold) Godwinson, the last crowned Anglo-Saxon English king. Also for his Grave, which some say is this one here.
I went for a short ride to Waltham Abbey Church because I'd read they have gargoyles, but only found grotesques (the difference is: gargoyles have plumbing). Both begin with G, though ...
And here's Godwinson again, looking rather more comfortable in the lower limbs than I was in leathers at 25°c
After that I went home by way of Sport Bike Shop in Harlow, to see if they had bike trousers that looked more comfortable for the climate - but didn't get anything. Why must they all be so baggy in the leg? I have short legs anyway, I don't need them to look like short elephant legs.
Had some fun on the twisty bits monologuing "limit point is getting closer", "limit point is same distance", "limit point is moving away". I'm still not sure it's the simplest/easiest-to-understand way to describe cornering, but I can't think of a better.
What I will say is it is much easier to grasp on an actual bike than from YouTube videos.
